On the evening of 6 January 2023, the two communities gathered for an Epiphany celebration which began in the chapel of the Generalate. After an opening prayer, Fr. Jarosław Rochowiak SDB led a procession through the house from top to bottom and blessed the rooms.
Then the procession moved on to the guest house where we first met in the common room on the top floor to start the procession and blessing of the house from there. So we reached the chapel where the replica of Vincenzo Pallotti’s Bambino Gesù was on the altar. We prayed Vespers, at the end of which everyone could come forward to venerate the Bambino.
In a joyful atmosphere we shared a festive meal followed by the singing of Christmas carols in different languages.
