The Pallottine family in Rome celebrated the memorial of Blessed Elisabetta Sanna on 17 February 2022 at San Salvatore in Onda. The main celebrant of the feast day Mass was Fr. Marcello and homily was preached by Fr. Francesco. These two Pallottine priests are newly ordained and belong to the Italian Province. There were about twenty Pallottine Fathers who concelebrated. Fr. Francesco in his homily reflected the life of Mamma Sanna and her holiness in following the Will of God – nothing but God in everything.
At the end of the Mass, Fr. Jacob Nampudakam, Rector General, blessed the Icon of Blessed Elisabetta Sanna which was painted by an Italian artist who was also present during the Mass and gave his testimony. The Holy Mass concluded with a solemn blessing by two newly ordained priests.
