Today during the Angelus Pope Francis reminded us that every Christian is called to be Salt of the earth and Light of the world. With this reflection we began our concluding session at 3 pm by reciting the Divine Mercy Chaplet, praying for the grace to illumine our vocation with authentic witness.
During our deliberations we came to the conclusion with concrete proposals for the future of our Congregation. In her final address, Superior General Sr. Izabela Świerad expressed her gratitude for the spirit of collaboration and openness among the members of the central assembly. She invited all of us to be united in our ministries.
We concluded the Central Assembly with missioning service. As a visible sign of being always invited to come to the Source of Life, Sr. Izabela poured water into a jar in each one’s hands. She sent us, signing each one with blessed water, and handed over to each Sister the newly printed Constitutions, Our Way of Life, which inspires us to live our charism in union.
We are grateful to all of you for accompanying us through your prayerful support. God bless you.
Missioning by our Superior General, Sr. Izabela Swierad
As a deer yearns for flowing streams, so yearns my soul for you, O God.
My soul thirsts for God, for the living God. (Ps 42, 1)
“Let anyone who is thirsty come to me and drink! Whoever believes in me, as Scripture has said, rivers of living water will flow from within them” Jon 7: 37.38

Missioning Prayer
Jesus, the water that you give us, streams from the open side of your body at the Cross. It is the blood and water of your love for the salvation of the world. This is the water in which we are baptized, the water of eternal life. –
Bless us again. Lord, with this WATER. Bless our Sisters, communities and provinces with the living WATER, that it may flow in each one of us, in our Sisters, communities and provinces. May the joy of faith and unity spring again from this living SOURCE, which is you, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, in whose image we are made. – Amen
Song: Peace is flowing like a river, flowing out from you and me…
