The meeting of the International Mission Commission was held in the Generalate from 7 to 9 November 2022. The participants were Sr. Małgorzata Wyrodek, General Mission Procurator as a chairperson, Sr. Ingrid Schuler (Germany), Sr. Marta Litawa (Rwanda), Sr. Bożena Olszewska (Poland) and Sr. Juliana Pius (Tanzania). On the first day, some members of the General Administration participated in the first session to listen to the paper of Fr. Francesco Todisco, SAC on the missionarity of Pallotti’s work, which was presented by Sr. Małgorzata. The rest of the days were dedicated to discuss on how our missionary spirit can be kept alive in the life of our Sisters in the Provinces/Region/Delegatures. Subsequently, the members deliberated on the issues such as: maintenance of our missions, responsibilities of mission procurators of the entities and the necessity of training sisters to write projects. Some funding agencies were also presented to the participants with a stress on their expectations from congregations. The commission members were active and at the conclusion, they set out some action points to be implemented.
