The last day of our assembly arrived so quickly. We were informed about different matters of the congregation as for example a report on the UAC or on our international website.
Again we participants were impressed by the perfect preparation of all members of our General Administration.
Everyone emphasized that the days together were very important on different levels.
We got many important information. We had the chance to have a deep sharing of our thoughts and the experiences in our entities. And we had the pleasure to connect with each other.
We felt the support of the Holy Spirit and we feel strengthened to return to our sisters at home.
In the afternoon our Superior General Sr Josephina D’Souza officially closed the Central Assembly and encouraged us to co-operate according to our Pallottine charism and to follow the Synodal Way.

In the afternoon our Superior General Sr Josephina D’Souza officially closed the Central Assembly and encouraged us to co-operate according to our Pallottine charism and to follow the Synodal Way.
We than had a joyful occasion to celebrate: Sr Prabha Varghese, Provincial Superior from South Africa, and Sr Marta Siluch, member of the community at Via Moncenisio, looking back on 25 years of profession. In a solemn Eucharist we thanked the Lord for the vocation of the two jubilarians into our congregation. Sr Josephina congratulated them and gave a blessing.
In the evening the celebration went on with pizza, pasta, song and dance.
Friday morning we gathered in the chapel of our Generalate and celebrated Holy Mass with Fr Jacob Nampudakam. In a mission ceremony Sr Josephina blessed all the Provincial and Delegature Superiors. A beautiful icon of the Holy Trinity was given to each one.
The official end of our “Journey together in the light of synodality” arrived and we return home with our hearts filled with gratitude and joy. United in one spirit we continue to follow St Vincent Pallotti in reviving faith and we implore Mary, Queen of the Apostles, to intercede for us that we may follow her example and do whatever Christ tells us.
