Today our Sisters in Brazil communicated the sad news, that Sr. Rosângela Sousa, 48 years, passed away this morning, January 17, 2022, after an infarction. This death came so sudden and surprisingly! She died in the house of her family in Timbiras, where she spent some vacation days.
May the eternal Father who created her and called her to serve Him in the Pallottine community among the people of Maranhão fulfil her deepest desire and receive her back in His loving arms.
We are united to our Sisters in Brazil and to her family, supporting them with our prayers.
The funeral Mass will be held on 18 January 2022 at 12:00 – Italian time – with subsequent burial at the cemetery of Timbiras.
